Tristan Wark is a Legal Director in our Real Estate Private Client team at Memery Crystal.
Tristan has broad experience including acquisitions and disposals, development, lettings and portfolio management, real estate finance and corporate real estate.
He acts for a range of clients including property companies, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, traditional and alternative lenders, retailers and developers.
He has particular experience in landlord and tenant matters (with experience acting for both landlords and tenants), as well as leading cross-practice transactions including negotiating development agreements and subject-to-planning deals.
