Career

Eran specializes in a wide variety of legal disciplines.

Among others, Eran specializes in media, entertainment and copyright law. Eran represents multichannel broadcasting platforms, TV channels and production companies in all kinds of content transactions, and provides ongoing consultation with respect to TV productions and matters concerning copyright law and libel law.

In addition, Eran often deals with franchise and distribution transactions and he represents coffeehouse and restaurant chains and import and distribution companies.

In addition, Eran represents sports clubs, sports agents and athletes. He has extensive experience in handling international arbitration proceedings in the sports field, especially in basketball. Eran also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in the arbitration and mediation institute of the Israeli Football Association.

Eran also has special expertise in handling complex litigation cases, concerning all aspects of commercial law.

Between 2008 and 2010, Eran served as a member of the Israeli Natural Gas Committee.

Prior Experience

Eran performed his legal internship at Haim Zadok & Co. law firm. Between 1999-2003 he was an associate in the firm, until joining the firm as a partner in 2004.
In 2006, Eran joined as a partner at Zellermayer, Pelossof, Rosovsky, Tsafrir, Toledano & Co. law firm.
In 2016, Eran joined as a partner at Meitar | Law offices.
At the beginning of 2018, Eran founded Shimony Gross & Co.
