Career
Robin qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 having trained in Livingston.
Robin has developed a wealth of litigation and advocacy experience throughout his career, practising in the fields of Criminal Defence and Child Protection before joining rradar in 2019 and re-inventing himself as an Employment Solicitor.
He has been involved in high profile cases in the Justice of the Peace Court, Sheriff Court, and High Court and has prepared and instructed Counsel in numerous cases heard at the UK Supreme Court.
Robin now provides high quality HR and Employment advice to clients, and regularly provides representation at the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal dealing with claims for Unfair/Constructive/Wrongful Dismissal, Discrimination, Whistleblowing, Breach of Contract, TUPE and claims relating to Trade Union Activities.
Robin’s client base includes medium and large, local and national Housing Associations, numerous businesses within the Care Sector and a wide range of clients across all sectors in Scotland.
