Claire has had a distinguished career in both civil and criminal litigation since qualifying as a solicitor in 1993.
She has amassed her litigation experience in a broad range of areas including family law, debt recovery, contractual disputes, heritable repossessions on behalf of creditors, licensing matters and criminal defence.
Since 2001, Claire has worked with high-profile law firms dealing with a wide variety of civil court matters, providing high quality service, advice and representation in litigation for debt recovery, insolvency (personal & company), contractual issues, boundary disputes and landlord & tenant cases (for private landlords & tenants) as well as in family matters, including financial and childcare issues, adults with incapacity and Children’s Referral proceedings, often acting as curator ad litem or Safeguarder to the children concerned.
Claire joined the Commercial Disputes team at rradar in September 2021 where she provides specialist advice and representation to a diverse commercial client base across all industry sectors, ranging from small owner-managed businesses to large multinational corporations.
