Position

Michel Verde is specialised in employment and labour law and in criminal law. In addition, he has in-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of liability law and personal / personality rights.

In the area of employment and labour law, Michel Verde focuses on litigation and the resolution and prevention of disputes, acting for employers or for employees. Michel Verde has also many years of experience in advising companies, start-ups and multinational corporations as well as public corporations in employment law matters, such as for example the drafting of employment contracts, international employment relationships, terminations, restructurings, sick leaves, conflicts at work or disciplinary measures.

Michel Verde is also active as a criminal defence lawyer. His core competence is the defence of employees, managers, board members and self-employed persons in criminal proceedings related to their work and business activities. He also represents companies and individuals who became victims of criminal offences as private plaintiffs in criminal proceedings. Furthermore, he assists individuals and companies in international legal assistance proceedings.

Michel Verde publishes regularly in his areas of expertise and speaks at conferences and seminars. He is also lecturer at the University of Lucerne.
