Position

Vincent specialises in litigating and advising on commercial and corporate law issues. He advises a wide range of (start-up, scale-up and listed) companies on corporate law, contract law and employment law issues.

Career

Vincent is also on the advisory board of several companies such as SaasCollective and The Green Lab, where he advises the board on governance and corporate law issues.
Vincent’s clients describe him as creative, analytical, thorough and pleasant to work with.
From the beginning of 2020 Vincent has joined the firm as a partner. Just before that, in 2019, he successfully completed postgraduate specialist training Grotius: Corporate & Business Law.

Fruytier is a member of Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW) for many years, Vincent is active within LAW to promote the new generation within the organisation.

Education

Vincent graduated from VU University in Amsterdam in 2010. In addition to studying notarial law, Vincent also graduated in the subjects needed for the legal profession. During his studies Vincent gained relevant work experience with large real estate companies and international law firms.

Because of his passion for solving legal issues, he chose to become an attorney. He worked as an attorney with Fellinger Corporate Law from 2010 through 2016. He specialized in contract law and corporate law there. Since 2016 he is part of the Fruytier-team.

Personal

Furthermore, Vincent likes challenges. Not only when it comes to legal issues, but also when it comes to sporting challenges. He participated in the Weissensee, Jungfrau Marathon, 70.3 Iron man and climbed more than a dozen 4000m+ peaks in the Alps.
