Position

Adam is one of Manchester’s pre-eminent development solicitors. He specialises in residential development, including: development agreements; site assembly; options and conditional contracts; planning agreements; and infrastructure and disposals to registered providers of social housing; as well as all aspects of commercial development. Adam is a trusted advisor to a number of developers including national house builders, as well as commercial developers and other property companies.

Adam also acts on investment and trading sales and purchases, as well as landlord and tenant matters, especially complex agreements for lease. His other clients include individual investors and developers, small/medium-sized enterprises, and major plcs, covering a wide range of industry areas. Adam also has excellent technical knowledge of Stamp Duty Land Tax and conveyancing practice generally.
