Executive partner of Kuits, Robert is legal adviser on company and business mergers and acquisitions, and all company and commercial related matters.

Robert has particular expertise in representing client’s facing serious tax investigations and is listed as a recommended advisor in this area by a number of Swiss, Israeli and other offshore banks. He is viewed as one of the leading legal practitioners in this field nationwide.

Robert has advised a number of high-net-worth individuals in connection with the legal analysis of their financial arrangements and taxation implications of those arrangements. He receives significant instructions from London-based clients, as well as from those across the country and internationally.

Robert advises resident and non-resident individuals, as well as those domiciled in and out of the UK. He is on the preferred advisor list for a number of overseas banks and asset management companies, which refer their customers to Kuits for UK legal advice in this area.
