Adv. Omri Andorn is an LL.B. and a B.A. graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Omri began working at the Sabari-Farkash in 2015, after several years of internship and work at Meitar & Co. law firm. He specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on Corporate Law, Contract Law, Land Law, legal counseling to companies, real estate, class actions and derivative suits, Nonprofit Organizations Law, banking and the capital market.
Omri personally and regularly counsels clients in various civil-commercial matters, and among other things, represents in disputes between controlling shareholders in companies, complex real estate transactions, diamond transactions, contractual claims and disputes in nonprofit organizations. As part of his work, Adv. Andorn represents clients in courts, arbitrations and mediations. Adv.
