Adv. Divon Farkash has an LL.B. and LL.M. (specializing in Commercial Law) both magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University. During his studies, Adv. Farkash acted as an intern for Judge Hila Gerstel (Ret.), was an editorial member of the legal magazine “Law Review” published by the Tel Aviv University and participated in the activity of the criminal justice clinic, headed by Prof. Kenneth Mann and Judge Itai Hermlin.
Before joining Adv. Sabari, Adv. Farkash worked for several years at the litigation department of Berkman, Wechsler Bloom & Co. Law Offices, first as an intern and later on as a lawyer, handing complex and high profile media cases.
Adv. Farkash specializes in commercial litigation, corporate law including takeover disputes, dissolution of partnerships, class actions and derivative suits, banking and capital market, real estate, inheritance and estates and is recognized in these fields for his professional excellence. Adv. Farkash has a unique expertise in the legal ethics field and also represented the Israeli Bar Association in disciplinary proceedings. He also lectures on civil law issues in seminars held by the Israeli Bar Association. His clients are both local and international, and consist of public and private companies, as well as individuals.
