Eleni has been a valued member of Andreas Demetriades and Co LLC since 2011.

As the Manager of the Immigration Department of the Firm, she leads a team committed to delivering bespoke solutions for the Firm’s multinational clientele.

With expertise in residency permits connected with property investment, temporary residence permits, and permits for EU nationals, Eleni has actively managed numerous real estate and immigration cases, showcasing her extensive experience and legal proficiency.

Known for her results-oriented approach, adaptability, and interpersonal skills, she has effectively served clients from all over the world for over a decade. Her participation in various international Real Estate and Immigration Exhibitions further enhances her expertise and network in these areas.

Eleni holds an LL.B Law Degree from the University of Leicester and an LL.M in Commercial Law from the Cardiff University in the UK.

Eleni was promoted to the position of Associate Partner in January 2024- a testament to her value in the Firm .
