Julijana has over 15 years of experience advising multinational clients, governements and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, privatisation, restructuring and insolvency, and has been involved in some of the largest deals in the Serbian market. Julijana also specialises in banking and finance matters and capital market regulations. She was one of the founding members of American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia and served as member of the Board of Governors in two terms. She also was member of the Supervisory Board of the Belgrade Bar Association in one term.
