Position
Emille has gained broad experience in the field of corporate and commercial litigation. He represents shareholders, managing directors, supervisory directors, companies and other stakeholders in a wide range of cases.
Varying from M&A litigation, emergency financing and inquiry proceedings to summary proceedings regarding the performance of an agreement. Emille also regularly deals with seizure of evidence, enforcement disputes, disclosure proceedings, and complex procedural law issues. Emille’s services are often engaged at a phase in which proceedings can still be avoided. He is regularly involved, for instance, in settling joint ventures that have come to a head.
