Ayça Pınar Eren is one of the founding & managing partners of Dericioğlu & Eren Law Firm. The firm’s history can be traced back to 1997 under the leadership of Ms Ayca Pinar Eren. She graduated from Ankara University Law School, which is one of the most prestigious and long-established law schools of Turkey.

She is an attorney at law since 1997 and chartered Turkish patent and trademark attorney since 2000.

She is the managing partner of the firm and directly manages a team that provides advice on IP and privacy law-related issues, especially copyright, trademark, design, patent and utility infringement, counterfeiting and invalidation matters and also unfair competition. In addition; seizure processes for counterfeit products before Customs as well as drafting contracts on intellectual and industrial rights.
