Stephanie is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and as an Avocat at the Paris Bar. Stephanie has 20 years of English law experience in commercial contracts, regulatory, litigation and international arbitration, acquired mainly at Linklaters LLP (London). Her experience in litigation includes high profile cases before the High Court of England and Wales as well as before courts in foreign jurisdictions. Stephanie has substantial expertise in alternative dispute resolution. She handles complex international arbitrations, including commercial and investor-state disputes, in particular under the LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID arbitration rules, in various international contexts (Cuba, Sri Lanka, Russia, Mauritius, Soudan). Stephanie has also an extensive expertise on advising clients on commercial contracts.
