Olivier Cavezian works with the Firm’s clients on all aspects of French and European Competition law (agreements, abuse of a dominant position, merger control, State aid), as well as on the legal challenges in distribution and consumer law. Before joining Joffe & Associés he has been working for international law firms in Paris.

Firmly established in the luxury goods industry and adviser to many prestigious brands, Joffe & Associés supports clients in both litigation and advisory work across a range of areas of law, such as contract, corporate, commercial, IP and IT, and data protection matters, amongst others. The practice is co-led by Thomas Lepeytre, who is widely recognised within the luxury goods market for his specific expertise in distribution issues, complex contractual matters and joint ventures. Olivier Cavézian, who has wide-ranging expertise in EU, competition and distribution matters, leads the practice at Joffe & Associés, which is particularly active in handling merger control notifications to the FCA (and related foreign direct investment filings), with an emphasis on advising private equity firms. The firm’s recent experience also covers private enforcement litigation, distribution issues and advice on competition compliance programmes.
