Christoph Tute
Career
Having completed his law studies with a focus on criminal law in Munich and Lisbon, followed by his legal clerkship in Berlin, Christoph Tute has been practising in the areas of white-collar and criminal tax law since 2016. In 2020, he became a Certified Specialist for Criminal Law (“Fachanwalt für Strafrecht”). Prior to setting-up schilling tute, he gained significant experience at law firms HammPartner and kempf schilling + partner.
He advises and defends individuals and corporations in all areas of white-collar criminal law and criminal tax law. His practice focuses on embezzlement, corruption, confiscation of assets, tax evasion and environmental offences. In addition, he regularly advises witnesses, and acts as counsel in extradition and other proceedings relating to international legal assistance in criminal matters.
He frequently publishes articles and gives lectures on German and international (white-collar) criminal law and corporate compliance issues.
He is recommended as one of the outstanding lawyers in his field, receiving recognition in rankings and peer-reviewed publications.
