Hasan Çağlayan has extensive experience advising clients for almost 35 years in real estate and construction transactions and in tax and litigation matters. Mr. Çağlayan has been leading large-scale real estate projects in terms of both value and significance. He has provided legal advice to both domestic and international clients in numerous high-profile real estate deals and negotiation of all kinds of real estate and construction agreements. Mr. Çağlayan has significant knowledge on regulatory and legislative aspects of real estate transactions, as well as real estate aspects of M&A transactions and also has excessive knowledge and experience in Tax and Litigation. He is best known for his immediate clever and calculated interventions, practical solution-oriented actions, and his good sense of business. Having been elected as a leading individual in the real estate area by various directories, his reputation in the market is well recognized among his clients and colleagues; and his deep knowledge of the law and regulations, and negotiating skills, and specializations differentiate himself from others.

His experience and knowledge regarding the real estate market applications, along with his legal knowledge, distinguish him from other practitioners in this area. Mr. Çağlayan had represented various real estate companies, including St. Martins Property Group, which is a subsidiary of Kuwait Investment Authority, in its acquisition of Cevahir Shopping Centre (2^nd biggest shopping centre in Istanbul and 8^th in the world at the time). Upon its closing, this transaction had become the largest sale and purchase deal of Europe that had been conducted at once.
