Areas of practice: Corporate and M&A: the firm provides a complete range of business legal services to its clients for all aspects of their domestic deals as well as their complex multi-jurisdictional transactions. It is extensively involved in cross-border M&A transactions with expertise in building creative and alternative M&A models in line with the mandatory regulations under Turkish law. It also provides legal consultancy in relation to incorporation of all kinds of legal entities including but not limited to real estate investment companies and portfolio management companies.
Real estate and construction: with years of experience in this specific field, the firm has significant expertise in conducting legal due diligence for proper real estate purchase and sales as well as drafting and negotiating agreements regarding direct and indirect real estate acquisitions. It provides forward-thinking legal consultancy to support the development, lease and operation of acquired real estate and innovative legal assistance in relation to zoning plan adjustments and zoning implementation. Its services include the representation of clients before public organisations and institutions; following-up of civil and administrative lawsuits with respect to real estate issues; and resolution of any relevant dispute, including disputes arising from the implementation of the law on the transformation of areas under disaster risk.

Sports: Abcoo provides legal assistance to various sports federations in preparing their main regulations and other directives; resolving disputes between federations, clubs and players; drafting and reviewing employment agreements as well as sponsorship contracts between clubs and players.
Enforcement and bankruptcy: the firm provides legal services to clients with respect to the bankruptcy process in addition to execution process of any kind of debt.
