Anders Worsøe began his career in operational business with SAS Service Partner in Saudi Arabia (where during 1983-1985 he was in charge of purchasing and logistics) and then continued to work in Denmark (1985-1989). After graduation in 1989, he commenced his legal career as described above.

Anders Worsøe serves on the board of directors of a number of Danish and foreign companies. His board assignments consist mainly in general strategy and follow-up work, sparring partner for the daily management and owner groups as well as matters relating to collective agreements.

Anders Worsøe also serves as the Danish country partner of TRACE, transparent agents and commercial enterprises. TRACE is a globally recognized anti-bribery business organization and leading provider of cost-effective third-party risk management solutions. Members and clients include over 500 multinational companies headquartered worldwide.
