Madalena is a senior associate with a large experience in assisting corporate and personal clients, acting on all kinds of economic activities, on their daily labour and social security problems and questions, also assisting them in any labour dispute that may arise. She’s focused on understanding the client’s activity and needs to achieve the best legal solutions for their human resources teams.

Madalena also assists corporate and personal clients on their civil litigation proceedings, always seeking for the best solution to such disputes.

Additionally, Madalena has also a large experience on restructuring and insolvency matters, assisting Clients on these proceedings both in and out of Court. Lately, Madalena has participated on the International Exchange of Experience on Insolvency Law (IEEI) annual colloquium.
