In his professional career Sílvia has advised individuals and companies in their current affairs, namely by litigating in civil, labour, competition and family Law.

Besides her large experience on litigation, Sílvia also has a large experience on Intellectual Property Law (copyrights, trade marks…) and Data Protection.

Last year Sílvia completed the EUIPO Trade Mark and Design Education Programme by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (Alicante), and become the first Portuguese Lawyer to have such certification.
