Partner in the serious injury team in the Birmingham office specialising in cases involving all types of head injury, head and brain trauma and brain damage involving adults and older children. Extensive experience and expertise in the role of the clinical case manager within litigation and in issues relating to capacity to litigate and provisional damages for epilepsy risk. Numerous settlements in excess of £1m on both a lump sum and periodical payment basis.
