Elsayed Mohamed has over 10 years of experience in criminal and civil litigation in a wide array of industries, including real estate, retail, manufacturing, financial services, automotive and IT. He is a member of Legal Consultant Registered with Bar Council of Egypt.
He is representing both corporate and individual clients in civil & commercial proceedings with particular expertise in acquisition, structured trade and project finance. He has been also advising clients on very complexed real estate transactions in the UAE.
