Career

Elena Ntafouli was born in Larissa in 1986. She is an attorney at law, member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2012, licensed to practice before the Supreme Court.
She studied Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (grade “Very Good”). She also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Law and Political Science from the same University. Furthermore, she received a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation from the Athens University of Economic and Business (AUEB) and she is a candidate of Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) from Chartered Institute of Taxation in the UK.

She specializes in Tax law and has significant experience for over 10 years in tax litigation and alternative dispute resolution, in the fields of direct and indirect taxation, cross-border transactions, real estate taxation. She also specialized in advising high-net-worth individuals and companies on Greek tax matters with cross-border elements, wealth structuring and estate planning, international tax issues, and complex tax compliance issues (R&D tax incentive, non-dom tax incentive). Before joining our firm in 2017, she practiced tax law in other domestic law firms.
