Career

Elliott joined Potter Rees Dolan’s personal injury team in 2021, specialising in catastrophic injury cases including those involving brain injury and chronic pain. Elliott began his experience in Serious Injury in 2016 assisting on high value matters whilst running a multi-track caseload. In 2017 he became comfortable managing his own six figure settlements and was promoted into a fee earning role which included him dealing with cases up to £500,000 whilst also assisting on catastrophic injury matters.

Education

Elliott studied Law at Lancaster University and graduated in 2015. He was called to the Bar in 2016, before qualifying as a solicitor in 2020.
