Andreas Kærsgaard Mylin heads the Restructuring & Insolvency Team at Holst, Advokater’s Copenhagen office. Andreas has many years’ experience, mainly with the restructuring of ailing businesses, the transfer of businesses in distress, compositions with creditors and other insolvency law issues, including solvent liquidation and the administration of businesses in bankruptcy as well as the conduct of liability and avoidance proceedings. Andreas also provides general advice on commercial law issues with a focus on general contract law, construction law and real estate, and he also conducts court and arbitration proceedings. Moreover, Andreas’ skills as a specialist within company charges, sale on a consignment basis (automotive) and other special products concerning the structuring of security are frequently in demand. Andreas advises financial institutions as well as Danish and foreign businesses – mainly on banking and financing law issues and in connection with financial reorganisations and all aspects of restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings and other insolvency law issues, including scrutiny, creditor rights, reinforcement of security as well as management and advisors’ liability.
