Jeppe is specialized in employment and labour law with 20 years + experience. He joined Labora Legal in March 2017 after having served as head of employment in Hannes Snellman and LETT Law Firm (now: DLA Piper) for app. 10 years.

For a number of years, Jeppe has been recognized as a leading specialist by peers and an often-used key advisor for high-profile clients in Denmark including companies listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

Jeppe has extensive experience as a litigator and as appointed arbitrator and has litigated several leading and high-profile cases before the Danish courts.

Moreover, Jeppe has a wide reaching international network of leading foreign employment law specialists.

Jeppe is co-author of the official commentary to the Danish Transfer of Undertakings Act and of the book “Competitive action by Employees” from 2011, which is often cited by the Danish Supreme Court.
