Career

Signe/Renée has been advising companies, boards and managers in employment and labour law for more than 20 years; commencing her career in Denmark’s largest employers’ association (DI) and for the past 19 years from Denmark’s largest law firms. For the last 5 years, Signe/Renée has also spent a significant amount of her time on providing advice in Data Protection, including the planning, completion and implementation of GDPR compliance projects for companies of all sizes.  

Having for many years worked large M&A transactions her knowledge on transfers of employees, re-organizations and incentive programs are second to none. Her client base consists of large multi-national, listed companies, and mid-size and smaller companies. Size does not matter, and the best motivator for Signe/Renée is when she is allowed an insight to the business and its values as she believes this provides for the best and tailored support, where advice is not only based on the legal aspects, but with a specific focus on the best business oriented and financial solution for the company. 

Signe/Renée is highly recognized among peers as well as having been ranked by Legal500 for her expertise in employment law and by other sources as one of the most active and experienced employment law attorneys within M&A in Denmark..
