Career

Tina started her career with Plesner in 1987, where she was partner and head of Labour & Employment, until she joined the labour and employment boutique law firm of Labora Legal in 2016. Tina also has extensive litigation experience for more than 30 years including the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court for more than 25 years, where she has conducted several leading cases.

As one of the very few lawyers she serves as a judge in the Danish Labour Court, appointed by the Confederation of Danish Employers (DA) as well as serving as arbitrator, where she is regularly appointed in Danish arbitration proceedings.

Her main focus areas are reorganisations and collective and individual dismissals as well as employment conditions for executives and managers in both listed and unlisted companies.

Tina collaborates internationally with leading foreign employment and labour specialists and has a tremendously strong international network.

She is an experienced and well-known lecturer at courses and conferences in Denmark and abroad and has authored a comprehensive number of articles on employment law matters in both national and international publications.
