Jonathan Cohen is an industry recognised energy solicitor specialising in renewables and low carbon energy transactions. He is Head of the Energy team at Howard Kennedy.
Jonathan advises utilities, project developers, large industrial consumers, property developers, funders, sponsors and energy services companies (ESCOs) on energy-related transactions both in the UK and internationally.
He works with clients across all technologies including energy storage, offshore and onshore wind, solar photovoltaics, combined heat and power, district heating and cooling, electric vehicles, geothermal, tidal, as well as, traditional power generation.
