Career
Hynek has been with the firm since its establishment and became a Partner in 2001.
Hynek focuses mainly on litigation and arbitration, banking and finance (mainly export financing), and corporate and public contracts (especially in regards to intellectual property). He is the Leader of the Intellectual Property practice at PETERKA & PARTNERS, focusing mainly on litigations in this area. His wide experience across multiple areas of law and business sectors over the course of his twenty years of practice throughout Central and Eastern Europe enables him to hand both domestic and cross-border transactional and litigation matters efficiently. In his litigation and arbitration practice, Hynek focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration of all types. He represents clients operating in a wide range of sectors, such as banking, energy and infrastructure, construction, machinery, automotive, air and road transportation, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, professional services, and luxury and retail.
