Andrew Charlier heads up our Monaco office. He is an experienced transactional lawyer specialising in yachts and superyachts, business aviation and general business and finance. He is a qualified English solicitor.

Andrew is the co-head of our market-leading global yacht team and he has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of the yachting industry, including the purchase and sale, construction, financing, chartering and registration of large yachts. His practice also covers business aviation transactions namely negotiation and documentation of sales, purchases, finance and leasing, management, regulatory issues, corporate structuring and registration.

Industry guides regularly identify Andrew as market leader in yachting matters, citing his “huge amount of experience in yacht transactions”.
