Position
Louise is a Partner and integral member of the personal injury team. Louise is an expert in traumatic brain injuries and also specialises in cases involving catastrophic injuries such as brachial plexus, amputations, chronic pain, spinal injuries and fatalities.
Louise has a high record of accomplishment, often taking over ‘tricky’ cases from other solicitors and bringing these to a successful conclusion.
Louise’s thorough and dedicated approach, together with the time and tenacity she gives to her cases ensures that her clients receive strong representation.
Louise is an outstanding Fee Earner and was awarded ‘Best Fee Earner’ for 2 years’ running. Her genial nature and ability to quickly establish good rapport with clients ensures that their needs in terms of health and wellbeing are at the heart of the claim and the client feels supported throughout. Louise is passionate about securing early rehabilitation.
Louise represents vulnerable clients and works with charities such as the Child Brain Injury Trust to assist the families of and the children who have acquired brain injuries.
Louise is a member of the Brain Injury Group and is accredited as a Senior Litigator member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Louise has over 20 years’ experience. She joined Hodge Jones & Allen in 2016 as a Senior Associate and was made Partner in 2021.
Memberships
Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and approved solicitor with the Brain Injury Group. Louise also works with charities such as the Child Brain Injury Trust.
