Career

Nicholas has over thirty years’ experience of corporate finance transactions involving smaller quoted companies, acting for companies and for financial advisers. He focuses on flotation and associated matters, including secondary fundraising, corporate reorganisations, capital reductions and schemes of arrangement, as well as merger and acquisition work and takeovers. He also advises public companies on corporate governance and other regulatory requirements.

His recent transactions include two AIM flotations, a secondary placing and a capital reduction. Clients include AIM and ISDX companies, as well as an ISDX corporate adviser and a number of AIM nominated advisers.
