Drawing on his in-depth knowledge of this complex sector Julian advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of non-contentious property work. This includes commercial and residential transactions, Landlord and Tenant issues, construction documentation and commercial security as well as advising on property aspects of major corporate transactions. He also advises insolvency practitioners on property transactions and related issues including in relation to LPA receiverships.

Education

After qualifying with Radcliffes & Co. in 1979, Julian moved to the City to join Hobson Audley, where he became a Partner in 1987. In 1992, he was one of the founding Partners of Moorhead James LLP. In July 2015 Julian became a Partner of Hewitsons.
