Position

Martina Sabaček is a senior associate at BBH. In her legal practice, she specializes primarily on corporate law, contract law, employment law and litigation.

Career

Martina has worked in leading law firms with domestic and international clientele, specializing on employment law, commercial law, e-commerce and information technology law. Martina has worked on several interesting projects. For clients operating on the e-commerce market in Slovakia, she prepared terms and conditions towards its customers and business partners, as well as complex corporate and contractual agenda. In addition to various contractual agenda, she managed mergers and cross-border mergers projects. Regarding employment law agenda, she assisted clients to process and set up complex labour law documentation. Also, she has been helping clients to resolve any labour law disputes or tasks. Within IT law agenda, she assisted clients to prepare contracts covering any e-commerce solutions and regulating relationships with their IT workers and also clients who provide cybersecurity services.
