Tomáš Sedláček is a Partner with BBH responsible for banking and finance, capital markets and M&A. In his more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Sedláček has been involved in a number of prominent and pioneering transactions, including, but not limited to, the first securitization in the Czech Republic, first synthetic securitization under CRR, largest corporate bond issue, largest private equity loan in the Czech Republic and the creation of Energy and Industrial Holding – the largest private energy holding in Central Europe, among many others. Tomáš further provides legal advice in the field of financial regulation and represents clients in proceedings before the Czech National Bank, including licensing procedures for banks and insurance companies.
