Career
František Honsa is a founding partner of BBH and has a wealth of experience in dispute resolution, with main focus in commercial law, where he acts in both civil disputes and international arbitration. His background includes major disputes that have proven significant for the interpretation of Czech laws. František has further served as representative in a number of significant disputes that have contributed to determining the responsibility of banks in protecting their clients’ accounts and obligations arising from the adoption of ISDA standards. He also has extensive experience in white collar criminal defence law a frequently sits as arbitrator.
