Position

Philippe Prost heads MLL’s real estate and construction practice in Geneva. He has developed vast national and international experience in contract, commercial, construction, tenancy, inheritance and labour law, as advisor and as litigator. After graduating from the University of Geneva he was admitted to the bar in 1986 and worked for several months for a prominent American law firm in New York. He also served 14 years as a deputy judge for the Court of Justice in Geneva and is now qualified by the Swiss Bar Association (SBA) as a certified specialist SBA in construction and real estate law.
