Position

Samuel Ljubicic practices corporate law and M&A, banking and finance, capital markets and real estate law. He regularly advises clients on national and cross-border M&A and finance transactions, debt securities and equity investments as well as transfers of credit risks. Furthermore, he has significant experience in real estate transactions and property development.
Samuel Ljubicic joined MLL in 2010 and has been a partner of the firm’s corporate and finance department since 2017. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Lucerne and an LL.M. in international financial law from King’s College London

MLL Legal has ‘extensive knowledge and experience’ in corporate restructuring and reorganisation, acquisition of distressed companies, debt enforcement, and moratorium and composition agreements. The team is headed by Sabina Schellenberg, who has ‘deep knowledge’ of national and international insolvency law, and Samuel Ljubicic, who has expertise in M&A and banking and finance. Alexander Vogel’s practice involves financial reorganisation measures, participation transfers, and intra-group mergers.
