Position

Walter Häberling is a partner in the litigation department and real estate practice group and has been with the firm for more than 20 years. He represents clients in commercial, real estate and certain private client litigation and arbitration proceedings. As a former Zurich district court judge he knows what counts in judges’ minds. He has wide-ranging experience in real estate matters with a special focus on commercial lease law. International inheritance matters and execution of wills are his main areas of work for private clients.
