Position

Ulrike Ciesla is a European Patent Attorney and holds a Ph.D. in chemistry. She has vast experience in examination, opposition and appeal proceedings before the European and German Patent Offices and has been involved in litigation proceedings relating to pharmaceutical patents in Germany and Switzerland. Ulrike now focuses on the enforcement of patents in Switzerland complementing MLL’s strong patent litigation team.
