Helping people: that was why he became a lawyer, which is why Rogier is such an advocate of openness. Because only in open dialogue with the client, with all relevant information on the table, can he quickly assess the opportunities and risks. Fully understanding all aspects of a dispute, and helping his clients in the best possible way.

The work Rogier does for bankruptcy trustees helps him in other cases to advise the creditor or director of a company in dire straits. That variety of issues results in a broad view of the challenges ahead.

Rogier specialises in insolvency and corporate law. He obtained the business & law dual master’s cum laude at Radboud University Nijmegen. Rogier has been working at Boels Zanders since 2023.
