Tomorrow’s advisor changes with today’s world. Tim likes to lead the way. As both a human being and a lawyer. By creating a relationship of trust with clients, he contributes to their success. He works with them to achieve bold ambitions, including across national borders. That personal touch in his job is, he thinks, the best part of his profession.

Tim specialises in M&A transactions, shareholder relations and company law issues and supervises cross-border projects (particularly with Germany). In this work, he can fall back on his experience in M&A and corporate and insolvency law, mostly gained in the M&A department of an international law firm in Düsseldorf (Germany).

Tim studied law (master’s degree in Commercial Legal Practice) at the University of Amsterdam. Tim has been a lawyer since 2019, working at Boels Zanders since 2021.
