Romania > Dispute resolution

Dragne & Asociatii SCA‘s dispute resolution practice is a strong choice for handling a broad spectrum of contentious work in the Romanian legal market. The team is regularly instructed by major foreign and domestic clients, with a solid track record in acting for banks in high-value litigation and representing companies in international arbitration, to name a couple of areas of expertise. The department houses a group of experts in alternative dispute resolution, however the practitioners are well versed in appearing in contentious cases before all court levels. Tax, IP, commercial and civil disputes are included in the team’s workload.
