Hossam is Managing Director and Senior Legal Consultant at Al Sulaiti Law Firm. He has extensive expertise across a variety of sectors. Advising construction professionals in Qatar on a wide range of disputes, he has represented contractors and subcontractors in litigation proceedings before courts and tribunals on all levels. He frequently advises local and international clients on high value construction contracts for major projects.

For more than fifteen years, Hossam has served clients and has handled a variety of construction and commercial disputes for a number of high-profile individuals and organizations. He has a wealth of experience in litigation in addition to extensive knowledge of commercial arbitration claims and Qatari court proceedings. He practices corporate and commercial, banking and finance, IP, litigation and arbitration with an emphasis on shareholder, management, distribution, banking and financial crimes.
