Position

A Consultant at SRS with over 30 years of experience, Paula Rosado Pereira has in-depth knowledge of tax law.

Paula was an in-house tax consultant, national co-rapporteur in the research project developed by the OECD – together with the International Fiscal Association – on the practical application of double taxation conventions, an arbitrator at the Centre for Administrative Arbitration and a lawyer and partner at SRS.

She is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where she teaches Tax Law and other subjects related to taxation. She was also a guest lecturer on the Postgraduate Course in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto. Paula is a member of the Portuguese Tax Association, the International Fiscal Association and the Advisory Board of the Journal Revista de Finanças Públicas e Direito Fiscal.
