Position

Consultant at SRS with over 25 years of experience, Rita Lynce de Faria specialises in the areas of civil, criminal and misdemeanour litigation.

With strong links to the academic world, in particular to the Catholic University, Rita is an Assistant Professor at the Lisbon School of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal and was a member of its Board of Directors, as well as Executive Coordinator of its Arbitration Centre. She is also a researcher at the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law.
