Position

Omer Tikolsky is an partner in the firm’s capital markets: corporate and securities department.

Omer represents publicly traded companies and reporting corporations in all capital markets matters, handling, inter alia, periodic and immediate reports, public and private offerings, tender offers, shareholder disputes and capital markets litigation, as well as corporate law and securities law matters. 

Furthermore, Omer handles commercial law issues, including agreements pertaining to investments, management, employment, shareholders and services.
